The purpose of the Scholarship is to support rural and regional students to study Veterinary Science at The University of Queensland’s Gatton Campus for the full term of their program.

This scholarship encourages and supports applicants living in regional and rural Australia to assist with costs of accessing postgraduate study in South-East Queensland.

Supports students to complete their postgraduate study and upskill in exploring data to predict and improve business performance in a rapidly evolving environment.

Supports UQ students who are residents of the city of Maryborough or surrounds (within a radius of 65kms).

Encourages and supports undergraduate students from the School of Veterinary Science who are facing financial hardship.

Provides support to students demonstrating financial need who are enrolled in physiotherapy programs.

To support commencing students pursuing engineering who are from a Regional, Rural, Remote area and are experiencing financial hardship.

Provides support to students who have experienced financial, social or geographical disadvantage to study electrical engineering

Supports first or second year students from a regional area who may have experienced financial disadvantage, to pursue studies in information and communications technology.

To support first-year engineering students from Remote Regional Areas in Australia who may have experienced financial hardship.
