Encourages and supports students from disadvantaged backgrounds to undertake undergraduate studies in Law at UQ.

Provides financial assistance to Faculty of Science undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students who undertake a work-integrated learning (WIL) placement as a requirement of an academic course or program at UQ.

Supports psychology postgraduate coursework students (in particular, studies in clinical psychology) to overcome issues of equity, diversity and access to postgraduate studies.

The purpose of the Scholarship is to encourage and support students enrolled in an undergraduate program at The University of Queensland who are experiencing financial hardship.

The Griffin Family Scholarship for Women in Finance and Law supports an undergraduate female student enrolled in an approved program who is experiencing financial hardship.

The purpose is to provide assistance to meritorious Bachelor of Midwifery students whose financial circumstances might otherwise prevent them from achieving their maximum potential during their university study.

Established in 2001 through a gift from David Farrell this scholarship was recognised by Senate in 2015. The grant is open to HDR candidates who are enrolled full-time, studying plant science and animal nutrition field through the School of Agriculture and Food Science and can demonstrate evidence of financial need.

To support current Malaysian engineering students who face sudden and unexpected financial difficulties during their studies.

This scholarship is to encourage and support female students experiencing financial need to study finance at The University of Queensland.
