Eligibility
UQ offers faculty-specific international scholarships across all study areas:
- Faculty of Business, Economics and Law International Scholarship
- Faculty of Science International Scholarship
- Faculty of Health, Medicine and Behavioural Sciences International Scholarship
- Faculty of Engineering, Architecture and Information Technology International Scholarship
- Faculty of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences International Scholarship
You're eligible if you:
- are an international student.
And you:
- have applied to study full-time at UQ commencing in 2027 in an eligible program. Check the scholarship terms and conditions (PDF, 119KB).
- have satisfied all the conditions of the program offer.
- have satisfied the program entry rank and English language proficiency requirements.
And you have not:
- received another scholarship, tuition fee reduction or rebate from UQ (excluding the UQ English Language Scholarship).
- received a full scholarship/sponsorship from another organisation (applicants with partial scholarships/sponsorships may be considered).
How to apply
You don't need to apply for this scholarship. When you apply to study a program at UQ, you're automatically assessed for this scholarship.
What happens next
If you are eligible, we will notify you that you're offered this scholarship together with your unconditional letter of offer to study at UQ, or once you have satisfied all the conditions of your conditional letter of offer.
If you're awarded the scholarship, the 10% tuition fee reduction will be applied prior to the tuition fees due date each semester.
