This scholarship is part of the UQ Residential Scholarships Scheme. You only need to submit one application to be considered for all scholarships in this scheme.
Eligibility
You're eligible if:
- you are a domestic student in accordance with the University’s Fee Policy;
- you are enrolled full-time in an Approved Program;
- you are a resident at Duchesne College; and
- you can demonstrate financial hardship by providing documentary evidence.

You'll need your:
- QTAC reference number
- evidence of financial hardship such as Centrelink statements, ATO statements, family income etc.
- regional/rural/remote residency (if applicable)

Selection criteria
Preference will be given to applicants who are from a Regional, Rural or Remote Area of Queensland.

About this scholarship
Established in 2023 by Christine McDonald OAM under the Create Change Scholarship Match Initiative the annual distributions of the endowment support students experiencing financial hardship with the cost of residential fees at Duchesne College.
