How to apply
As being in receipt of a 2021 UQ Link Scholarship is a requirement for eligibility for the Aspire Scholarships, Aspire Residential-JD Adams Memorial Scholarships and 33rd UQ Senate Create Change Residential Scholarships, applicants only need to complete and submit one Aspire Scholarships application form to be considered for all or any of the three scholarships.
- The Application Link on this page will take you to Application Portal. You will need to Register if you do not already have a Survey Monkey login.
- If you've applied for Enhanced Studies Program, UQ Academic Scholarships or LEAD Scholarships at UQ, you will already have a user profile to use. Please use the same profile/login.
- Select the Aspire Scholarships program.
- Answer all applicable questions on the Application Form.
- Upload supporting documentation in the 'Upload Documents' section (refer to the information below)
- When you are ready to finalise your application, having completed the application form and uploaded all supporting documentation, click the ‘SUBMIT’ button.
- Please note, the application form cannot be edited once it has been submitted. Up until you are ready to submit, you can 'Save' the form and return to it at any time by selecting the 'Edit' button.
The Online Application Form and all supporting documentation must be submitted by 11:59pm on the due date. Late applications will NOT be considered.
Once your application has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Please contact the Student Fees and Scholarships Office at ugscholarships@uq.edu.au if you haven’t received your confirmation email within 2 working days of submitting your application. (Please note, these emails may appear in your Junk/Spam folder and not your Inbox)
- You can exit your application form by using ‘Save and Continue Editing’ and 'Back to Application' in your task box. This will allow you to return directly to the form when you next log in.
- Once you ‘Mark as Complete’, you can still return to your form, but you will need to choose Edit from the Options icon in the top right hand corner to make additions/changes.
- Remember to save whenever you make a change. Use the bottom Next and Previous buttons to navigate through your form.
It is recommended when opening links within the application form to use the 'Open in a new tab' or 'Open in a new window' option, if available, to keep the application form open at the same time.
