Eligibility
You're eligible if you:
- identify as a member of the LGBTQIA+ communities
- can demonstrate commitment to the LGBTQIA+ communities
- can demonstrate financial hardship
- are enrolled or have accepted an offer to enrol as a full-time student in a program at The University of Queensland at the time you apply
- have not previously received the bursary.
How to apply
Download and complete the application form (located below under Rules).
You will also need to include supporting documentation that demonstrates your eligibility, such as:
- references to support commitment to LGBTQIA+ communities
- most recent Centrelink Allowance Statement (Youth Allowance, ABSTUDY etc)
- Australian Taxation Office Assessment Notice, for the previous financial year, and/or evidence of income from other sources
- current academic transcript/studies report, secondary studies results
- any other evidence you feel supports your application.
