This scholarship is part of the UQ Residential Scholarships Scheme. You only need to submit one application to be considered for all scholarships in this scheme.
Eligibility
You're eligible if you are or will be:
- a domestic student in accordance with the University’s Fee Policy;
- enrolled full-time in an Approved Program;
- a resident at St John’s College;
and can demonstrate financial hardship by providing documentary evidence.

- your QTAC reference number or UQ student number
- evidence of financial hardship such as: Centrelink statements, ATO statements, family income, or a personal statement.

About this scholarship
Established in 2023 by St John’s College and the St John’s College Student Club under the Create Change Scholarship Match initiative. The annual distributions of the endowment support a student experiencing financial hardship with the cost of residential fees at St John’s College.
