Eligibility
You’re eligible if you:
- are an international student from Malaysia
- are enrolled in an approved program
- can demonstrate temporary and unexpected financial hardship.
Approved Program
- Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)
- Bachelor of Engineering (Honours)/ Master of Engineering
- engineering dual program.
How to apply
Send an email to the EAIT International team.
You'll need:
- a cover letter
a resume of no more than two single-sided A4 pages. Please include details such as:
- a summary of your skills
- a list of your educational achievements
- a list of any extra-curricular activities and memberships. (e.g. community service, engagement etc,) and
- any other details that you think may be relevant to your application.
- a description of how your sudden and unexpected financial circumstances have impacted your academic achievements and your life more broadly. (Max 300 words)

About this scholarship
The purpose of the Roger and Sue Wong Engineering Fund is to support current Malaysian engineering students who face sudden, unexpected and acute financial difficulties during their time at UQ.
