Eligibility
You're eligible if you:
- are verified as an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person;
- have successfully completed at least one year of a program at a participating institution;
- are enrolled on a full-time basis for a subsequent year of that program or a further program at that or another participating institution.

Download and complete the application form (located below under Rules).
You will also need to include supporting documentation that demonstrates your eligibility, such as:
- evidence of your Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status;
- most recent Centrelink Allowance Statements (Youth Allowance, ABSTUDY etc);
- Australian Taxation Office Assessment Notice, for the previous financial year, and evidence of income from other sources;
- your current academic transcript/studies report;
- any other evidence you feel supports your application.
