Description
These scholarships are awarded to students who have an affiliation with the United Grand Lodge of Queensland.
They were established to perpetuate the memory of the gift of property to the University by the United Grand Lodge of Ancient Free and Accepted Masons of Queensland.
Eligibility
The scholarships are open to full-time students enrolled in the fourth or subsequent year of the student's current undergraduate program. Preference will be given to applicants in their fourth year of study.

Selection criteria
The scholarships are awarded on the basis of highest cumulative GPA in the student's current program. The scholarships are awarded in the following order of preference:
- Freemasons, and sons and daughters of freemasons of the United Grand Lodge of Queensland (UGLQ).
- Grandchildren of freemasons of the UGLQ.
- Sons, daughters or grandchildren of a person (living or deceased), once considered a freemason of the UGLQ.
- Applicants other than applicants of the kind referred to in paragraphs (a) to (c).
