You're eligible if you:
- have the academic ability to complete your chosen program
- can demonstrate financial need.

You will also need to include supporting documentation that demonstrates your academic ability and financial need, such as:
- a copy of your academic transcript
- evidence of full-time enrolment in the current year
- most recent Centrelink Allowance Statement (Youth Allowance, ABSTUDY etc)
- Australian Taxation Office Assessment Notice, for the previous financial year
- any other evidence you feel supports your application.

About this scholarship
This scholarship was established in 1974 with a fund of $5,200 raised by public subscription in memory of Neil Mather Brice, DSc, who at the time of his death was Professor of Electrical Engineering at Cornell University, New York, USA.
