Eligibility
You're eligible if you:
- are an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
- can demonstrate financial need (Centrelink statements, ATO statements, family income, etc.)
- are enrolled in an approved program in the semester of the award.
How to apply
Apply using the online application portal.
You will be required to provide a personal statement of no more than 500 words (details in application portal).
You may need to upload supporting documentation that shows your:
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status
- community service and/or leadership achievements.
You only need to complete one form to be considered for all scholarships under the UQ-ICS and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Scholarships.
