Description

Isolde Schaupp

The 2021 Isolde Schaupp Memorial Prize is open to current percussion students. 

Founded in 2013 by family, friends and colleagues of the late Ms Isolde Schaupp in her honour, this prize is to recognise excellence in percussion performance at the School of Music. Ms Schaupp taught classical guitar at the School of Music between 1986 and 2013. 

Eligibility

Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Music (Honours) or a dual program that includes the Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Music (Honours).

Selection criteria

Download and read the Senate Prize Rules relating to -

(b) Students enrolled in the Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Music (Honours) or a dual program that includes the Bachelor of Music or Bachelor of Music (Honours).

(c) Most outstanding performance in percussion.

(e) The recipient of the prize will be determined at a special competition held each year on dates to be determined by the Head, School of Music.
