Eligibility
You're eligible if you:
- are a female student
- are an Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander person
- can demonstrate financial need (Centrelink statements, ATO statements, family income, etc.)
- are enrolled in any coursework program in the semester of the award.

Apply using the online application portal.
You may need to upload supporting documentation that shows your:
- financial circumstances (Centrelink statements, ATO statements, family income, etc.)
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander status
- academic achievement
- community service and/or leadership achievements.
You only need to complete one form to be considered for all scholarships under the UQ-ICS and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Education Scholarships.

About this scholarship
Established in 2020 by a donation from Roxanne Martens and Adjunct Professor Ian Kemish AM under the Create Change Scholarship Match Initiative. The scholarship is maintained by income generated from the underlying endowment fund.
