You are eligible to apply if you:

  • can demonstrate your academic achievement
  • are enrolled full-time in a program at The University of Queensland where a you could undertake research into the history of labour, the labour movement, or the Labor Party, in Australia

We'll consider:

  • your level of interest in researching the history of labour, the labour movement, or the Labor Party, in Australia

About this scholarship

Established in 1990 in memory of the late Denis Joseph Murphy, a past Reader in History at The University of Queensland and maintained by the income from a fund established by the donations of friends and colleagues.
