About this scholarship
Established in 2024 through a gift from the Crawford family under The Queensland Commitment. The Crawford family grew up in Baralaba, Central Queensland and Rockhampton was the nearest major city.
Gloria and Gordon Crawford realised the value of education and worked hard to ensure each of their children David, Catherine, John, Penny and Darrell had the opportunity to access high quality educational institutions to pursue their life goals. This gift is provided in honour of their foresight and their sacrifice to achieve their ambition.
