Description

A scholarship will be awarded to applicants studying Honours at the Schools of Business and Economics. This year there is an additional benefit of being able to work on a project for Queensland Treasury Corporation.

The successful applicants will be those showing the greatest merit as demonstrated by:
a) academic achievements in the first semester of honours (and prior undergraduate studies)
b) the quality of their proposal for the collaborative article
c) other evidence as deemed relevant.

Based on the topic below please prepare a research article proposal in no more than 300 words.

The topic to be addressed in 2020 is:

Will the Covid-19 lockdowns leave a permanent mark on the organisation of work in Australia?. In particular, will we see significant shifts in the spatial location of work and the move towards working at home?

Eligibility

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:

a) be enrolled full-time in an honours program offered by the Schools of Business and Economics

b) for students enrolled in a 4 year honours program, you are eligible in your final year

c) for students in the one year Honours program, you are eligible in the year of enrolment

d) complete the application and submit before the closing date.
