You're eligible if you:

  • are an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and/or a Pacific Islander person
  • are the first member of your immediate family to attend university 
  • can demonstrate financial need 
  • have enrolled in any coursework program offered by the Faculty of Medicine
  • don't hold another similar scholarship in the year this scholarship is awarded.

  • evidence of financial need
  • a personal statement outlining the benefit the scholarship will have on your studies.
  • evidence of your Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and/or a Pacific Islander status.

About this scholarship

This scholarship was established in 2018 through an annual gift and pledge commitment from Dr Graham Colditz, and was created in memory of his father Dr Gordon Colditz.
