The Mexican National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) has announced the 2015/2016 round of applications for scholarships in Sustainable Energy and Hydrocarbons studies for Mexican citizens. Scholarships will be available for full-time masters programs (up to two years) and PhD programs (up to four years).
Candidates applying for a CONACYT scholarship must:
be a Mexican citizen
have a valid professional degree
possess an unconditional letter of offer from an approved academic institution, like the University of Queensland
meet The University of Queensland's English language entry requirements

Master and Doctoral programs in the field of Energy and Hydrocarbons, as well as various disciplines supporting the development of such industry. UQ suggest the following Programs:
Scholarships cover the following:
tuition fees (amount to be determined by CONACYT)
return air travel costs (economy)
monthly stipend (amount to be determined by CONACYT)
health insurance (amount to be determined by CONACYT)
