Eligibility
You're eligible if you:
- are a domestic student
- are a commencing student
- are enrolled full-time in an Approved Program
- has declared, or intends to declare a specialisation or major in any field of engineering (excluding biomedical engineering), before your second year of study
- do not hold a similar scholarship.
How to apply
In the UQ application portal:
You will need:
- a cover letter
- a resume
- a copy of your recent Year 12 report
- a copy of your ATAR Advice Notice (or equivalent).

Selection criteria
We'll consider:
- academic achievement
- strength of interest in the Relevant Field (must be declared before the second year of study)
- personal qualities and leadership qualities
Preference will be given to applicants who are women.
